The great morality play “Damaged Goods” will be presented March 30 at the Auditorium. This picture is without doubt the greatest picture ever shown in the state of Kansas. It deals with a subject that is of vital importance, and everyone over the age of 16 should see it.

A large crowd was on hand last Friday for the Stauffer sale, and nearly everything except one bunch of cattle sold well. Mr. Stauffer had put a bid the cattle and retained them rather than let them go at the price offered. Mules sold for about $400 a team. There were 21 of them. One cow sold for $132, and horses sold well, one team bringing $380.

The city marshal says that a great many auto owners are not observing regulations with reference to taillights on their cars and that he will be compelled to make arrests if the law is not complied with. He says that he proposes to see that violations of this law and of the speed law are stopped.

City commissioners have taken no action of a street sprinkling proposition presented to them through a petition of property owners.

Quit yer arguin’. And get busy cleaning up yer yard — yer front yard. And yer back yard. Help the town look better. And get some ozone in yer hide — and beat the doctors.
