NEW ARRESTS
Bryan T. Grosse, 45, Marion, arrested March 11 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, having an expired license plate, failing to have vehicle liability insurance, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released Friday after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed 13 times for a total of all or part of 51 days between Nov. 5, 2018, and June 4, 2025. Previous jailings were on court orders (twice); for failing to appear in court (twice); for allegedly violating his probation (six times); and on suspicion of interfering with and fleeing from law enforcement; burglary; felony criminal damage to property; theft; driving without a license (twice) and while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked (twice); improper registration of a vehicle; failing to have vehicle liability insurance; transporting an open container of alcohol (three times); cultivating a controlled substance; and possessing methamphetamine, stimulants (twice), marijuana, and drug paraphernalia (twice).
Dylon C. Ehrlich, 27, El Dorado, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, and making a criminal threat. Released three hours later after posting a $25,000 bond.
Ashley L. Foudray, 34, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of theft. Released less than an hour later after posting $500 cash bail.
Taylor R. Gutierez, 33, Wichita, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating her probation and failing to appear in court. Released 6½ hours later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed March 9 and 10, 2024, on suspicion of possessing cocaine, methamphetamine, a depressant, and marijuana and of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Calvin J. Hinz, 42, Lincolnville, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of forgery and theft by deception. Released seven hours later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of all or part of 29 days between Aug. 11, 2021, and June 17, 2025. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court once, for allegedly violating his probation once, and on suspicion of two counts of theft and single counts of vehicle burglary, domestic battery, and possession of stolen property.
Michael F. Register, 25, Marion. Arrested March 11 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of making a criminal threat and aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer. Held in lieu of posting a $50,000 bond. Previously jailed March 29, 2025, for failing to appear in court.
Ronnie P. Winters, 30, Marion, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of criminal use of weapons, violating an order of protection, and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released 16 hours later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed Aug. 29 and 30, 2024, on suspicion of criminal damage to property and Feb. 15, 2023, on suspicion of battery.
