Brett T. McGee, Peabody, formally was charged March 4 with one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child age 14 to 16 on Feb. 21, 2024; nine counts of unlawful sexual relations with the same child age 16 to 18 between June 9, 2024, and Jan. 31, 2026; and one county of aggravated intimidation of a witness or victim Feb. 20, 2026.
Macario V. Pacheco, 39, Centreville, Virginia, formally was charged March 4 with driving under the influence (2nd conviction), possession of marijuana, transporting an open container of alcohol, and failing to check for safe passage before passing from a single lane Feb. 7.
