Memorial Day

To the editor:

Thank you to John McKay American Legion Post 308, Florence, for continuing with traditional Memorial Day services at area cemeteries to pay tribute to those who have served the USA in the military and are now in their final resting places.

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6958 wants to especially thank them for coming to Marion Cemetery. They are doing what we no longer are capable of doing.
