SHERIFF

Hit-and-run

A hit-and-run driver caused damage estimated at $10,000 between 11 p.m. and midnight March 21 to signs at the Agri-Trails Cooperative service station at 525 Santa Fe Ave., Durham.

HILLSBORO

Invalid or suspended license

A traffic stop for unspecified purposes at 11:47 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of N. Ash St. led to the arrest of Vito N. Espinoza, 31, Hillsboro, on suspicion of driving while his license was suspended and not having a valid license.

Espinoza was booked into Marion County Jail and released a little more than an hour later after posting a $2,000 bond.
